A pilot program was successfully completed in March 2021. This project consisted of purchasing, shipping and distributing Acetaminophen (Tylenol) to hospitals and medical clinics in the mountain area: Ain Wazein, Aljabal, El Irfan, Al Iman, Beit El Yateem El Durzi, and Jameyat al Tajazor Fee al Ard.

 

Another shipment of Acetaminophen (Tylenol) was sent to Lebanon in May 2021 and distributed to more hospitals and clinics that did not receive medication with the first shipment.

 

In addition, four boxes of HPIC assorted medication (~2,400 prescriptions) were sent to Rashaya Hospital in Lebanon. Kits were distributed through the Social Assistance Clinic at the hospital to different places and local health centres.

More boxes of HPIC assorted medication were sent to Ain Wazein Hospital in August 2021.
